I’ve had the joy of caring for dogs at every stage of life—from energetic puppies to temperamental seniors who need a gentler touch and a little extra patience. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs with a range of needs, including those with complex medical or mobility issues, and I’m comfortable following detailed care routines and administering medication when needed. I truly love dogs and treat each one as if they were my own family member. Whether it’s going for walks, keeping up with playtime, or providing calm companionship, I make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and loved while in my care.

Debbie is very responsible and professional. She is attentive and loving toward our 10 year old golden retriever, Jack. Jack was always happy to see her and seemed to enjoy her company. Debbie followed directions as to feeding and walking him and was alert to how he was feeling. We would definitely use her again and definitely recommend her.

Deborah has been wonderful with our dog. Before starting walks, she took the time to come meet him and really get to know his personality, routines, and some of his quirky (and occasionally challenging) behaviors. It was clear right away that she has a very natural way with dogs and a calm, confident presence that puts them at ease. She has been especially thoughtful about helping him improve his leash walking and is very attentive during their time together. Because he has had previous injuries, she’s careful to monitor his behavior and energy levels to make sure he doesn’t overdo it, which we really appreciate. Deborah is patient, observant, and genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. We feel very comfortable knowing he’s in such capable and attentive hands. Highly recommend!
Onyx's stay with Deborah couldn't have gone any better. Deborah is a reliable pet sitter, you can absolutely trust her to take the best care of your pet in your absence!
Deborah watched our puppy for a last minute overnight stay. She was the perfect host— caring, communicative, and responsible. Onyx looked happy as a clam in every single photo and video, so much so, that I requested to extend the stay & his fun! Deborah graciously accepted, and hosted Onyx for another night. When he did come home, he was tuckered out and content. Perfect! Thanks Deborah! We can't wait to play again soon!

I work remotely and I balance a full schedule of dog sitting and drop-in visits all week. Happy to pick up and drop off (see rates).

I maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment and keep a close eye on pets, especially during walks, playtime, and feeding to make sure they’re safe. I’m mindful of details like securely latching gates, using leashes, and avoiding stressful situations with unfamiliar animals. Above all, I believe trust is earned through communication and consistency. I ask clarifying questions before any booking and keep owners updated with regular photos and messages so you always know your pet is doing well and being treated with love and respect.

A typical day
I love to keep pets engaged and earn their trust through walks, playtime, and cuddles. I take the owner’s preferences as a guide and also respect what the pet needs to adjust. They often get anxious when their owner is away so I ease into activities by gauging their physical cues.
