This was our first time boarding Rosie. We are so thankful to have found Deborah and her family. Rosie was part of their family while she stayed with them, playing with their pups, Rosie and Chica. I would highly recommend Deborah and will definitely use her services again.

If giving a zero stars review was an option, I would have chosen that. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking Deborah. We hired her for an overnight house-sitting stay to care for our dog, cat, and home while we were out of town. Five days into our trip, we discovered she had been leaving each evening and not returning until morning—meaning our dog was locked in her crate all night with no access to a bathroom or water. She never once told us she was doing this, and we only found out by chance. She had several opportunities to come forward with any concerns but chose to stay silent—at the expense of our animals’ wellbeing and the job she was being paid to do. When I asked her why she wasn’t staying overnight as agreed, she simply suggested we “find someone else,” forcing us to interrupt our vacation and scramble to make other arrangements for the remainder of our trip. Her actions were irresponsible, dishonest, and showed a complete lack of compassion or professionalism. Leaving an animal unattended overnight without basic care is unacceptable. We were heartbroken and deeply disappointed by this experience, and I hope no other pet owner has to go through the same.

Deborah was great, she took very good care of our animals and she was extremely communicative. We would definitely book Deborah again!
