I grew up in Niceville on a farm with many dogs, cats and chickens! I have a love for all animals and have always owned a cat or dog, or fish even! Also would work with hamsters, guinea pigs etc. I own a maltese named Zeus, he is 5 years old and very submissive but playful. My mother adopted her maltese from Alaqua Animal Refuge 2 years ago and I have helped train him. He has anxiety and trust issues, but he is getting to be more calm. I believe in dogs having a routine for feeding and going out, also a cuddle spot on the floor nearby where I am. I take my dog on car rides as often as I can. My 16 year old son also is available to help me and loves animals also. I'm a licensed massage therapist and work very few days a week.
