Whether your dog prefers long, structured walks or slow sniff‑sessions, I match their pace and make sure they get the right balance of exercise and enrichment. I’m big on communication and consistency, and I always send great photos so you know exactly how your pup is doing. When I’m caring for your pet in your home, I keep things calm, consistent, and respectful of your routine. I follow your instructions closely so your dog feels safe and comfortable in their own space. Each visit includes fresh water, feeding if needed, a potty break, and plenty of attention tailored to your dog’s personality. I always take a few minutes to check in on how your pup is doing—energy level, mood, and any changes you’d want to know about. If your dog enjoys affection, we’ll spend time snuggling or playing. If they prefer a quieter approach, I give them space while still making sure all their needs are met. Before I leave, I make sure everything is tidy, your dog is settled, and you have clear updates and photos so you know exactly how the visit went. My goal is simple: your dog feels cared for, and you feel completely at ease.

We called Deborah at the last minute because we had a death in the family. She was concerned because she had not met our Lucy before and I had to calm her nerves and let her know that Lucy is the friendliest of all dogs. I appreciate her for coming over at the last minute and will definitely utilize her services in the future if she is available.

Debbie has taken care of a wide range of animals including mammals, reptiles, and chickens. She has personal experience owning and walking pitbulls. Her life has been blessed with one or more cats for the last thirty years, which she talks personal responsibility for. She cares deeply about all creatures, and it shows. I have dedicated blocks throughout the week for dog walking, so your pup gets my full focus without being squeezed between other commitments. Whether it’s a morning walk to start their day or an afternoon outing to burn off energy, I keep things consistent and reliable.
