Debbie was absolutely wonderful! Although I've used Rover before, I still get nervous anytime we have to leave our pets with someone new. From the very beginning, Debbie made us feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. She kept us updated with messages, photos, and even funny stories about our dogs, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that she genuinely cared for them, and our dogs clearly felt comfortable and loved in her care. We were traveling because our daughter has a rare medical condition and was attending a special medical retreat. Since we don't have family or close friends in the area to help, having someone we could completely trust with our dogs meant everything to us and allowed us to focus on our daughter without worrying about our pets. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely use Debbie again in the future.
