I have taken care of all kinds of pets; old, young, sick, and extremely energetic. I always meet a new pet with patience and warmth. I will always do my best to make sure your pet is safe and taken care of. If you don’t have a yard, my condo building has a dog park that I can take your pet. I’m very comfortable taking them in my car, and kenneling pets if needed, to take them on day trips as well to parks around my area. I’m also very careful with doors and gate to make sure your pet doesn’t escape. I can also provide you check-in photos and messages to let you know how they’re doing with throughout the day.

In order to keep your pet happy and safe, please let me know the following ahead of time: Do they have any medical conditions that need medicine or extra attention? If your pet is senior, what do I need to do to make sure all of their needs are met? Does your pet have a history of behavioral issues, such as aggression? How do they get along with new people and children? Is your pet up to date on all of their vaccinations?
A typical day
Whatever your pet needs to be healthy and happy, I’ll do it! I’m happy to take your pets outside for a walk, play fetch or tug of war, practice new tricks, or take them to a park. I can also play games with your pets and groom them if needed. My main priority will always be your pets and their needs!

I’ve loved and owned dogs for as long as I can remember, ever since kindergarten! I’ve been professionally caring for pets for over 5 years. I started early in college and this included helping with training, staying overnight in owners’ homes, and supporting pets who need medication or a little extra attention. I’m comfortable with pups of all sizes, from big lovable German Shepherds and Labs to small, cuddly breeds like mini Bernedoodles. I also have experience taking care of senior dogs. I also volunteer with the Atlanta Humane Society, where I’m a certified dog walker and trained in kennel care and working with dogs who have behavioral needs. Debbie looks after my 60-pound rescue when we go away. He is a VERY difficult dog - scared of everyone and has some aggression around strangers. Debbie worked with us to get Axel comfortable with her. She is now his trusted companion. Debbie has given us peace of mind while we are on vacation.
Debbie watches our rescue dog Axel 60lb plott hound - - whenever our schedules line up. And we are SO LUCKY. To have her around. He doesn't let most people near him but he senses very calm around her. She is loving and firm with out dog which we LOVE. She walks him regularly and keeps him company. Debbie is extremely trustworthy when it comes to being aroung dogs who are timid or need a little extra patience. Would highly recommend her services!

Debbie is an extremely reliable person. She has pet sat for me on multiple occasions and has taken care of my dog well, including regular walks and administering a daily medication. She is always on time and communicated with me well. I have never had any issues with her and have had nothing but a great experience interacting with her. My dog loves when she comes, is always excited to see her and she was able to quickly bond with my dog which is rare as he is a chihuahua.
