I am usually available for walks or visits starting around noon (except on Sundays). I have 1-2 dogs that I usually walk on a weekly basis, so please let me know if you have flexibility with the time requested.

I can accommodate larger dogs (over 40 lbs) on a walk as long as they are older and fairly sedate. Let me know if your dog has any dislikes or fears I need to know about to keep it safe. Also any favorite things he/she enjoys.
A typical day
I'm happy to give your dog a brisk walk or a slow, follow-your-nose meandering walk, depending on their needs. Playing fetch in your backyard or having a quiet lap sit are all fine with me. I enjoy taking dogs to neighborhood parks. I am willing to take your dog to a fully fenced dog park after it gets to know me and comes to my command.

P.S. I also do cats, bearded dragons, bunnies and any other creature that needs care. I've lived with dogs for most of my adult life. I'm now retired and we've recently lost our 14-year old Keeshond, Max (January 2022). I'm ready to fill the void by walking or visiting your dog. Our four dogs prior to Max were either strays from the streets of NYC or rescues. All of them arrived with emotional issues from their former lives. Since I'm retired, I'm able to be flexible with end times if your dog needs a bit longer walk or more attention. Or falls asleep laying on my lap (My Favorite!!). Since I have had a number of dogs with emotional issues, I will be sensitive to the needs of your pet, whether dog or cat.
