I am a retired school teacher. This affords me the ability to be very flexible with my schedules. I take advantage of some volunteer opportunities from time to time, but would be willing to work around those so that I am available to care for your non-human family members.

I would love to set up an initial meeting prior to scheduling a drop-in so I can meet your pets, begin to get to know their personalities, and learn where food, water, and other essentials I may need are located.

Please let me about any medical or special needs your animal has and their main personality traits. Also, if I will be caring for a dog, it would be nice to know if your backyard is fenced or the dog will be on a leash when taken out to potty.
A typical day
The time I spend with your furry family members will involve interactive play (if appropriate), loving cuddles, and soothing verbal attention . I will treat your dog like I treat my own - like one of the family.

Pet care experience
I have lovingly cared for dogs, cats, and an assortment of other pets all my life. This care has extended to not only my own pets, but those of friends and family members as well. My current furry family members include a 4-year golden retriever and a sheepadoodle puppy.
