I am a lover of animals & have had pets since I was 5 years old. Animals seem to gravitate towards me (I been told this over & over). I am loving, understanding, patient & kind. They are always my priority when in my care & I make sure all their needs are met. I’m an active individual so taking them on walks, hiking & playing with your loved family member is done daily. My friends & family members also let me know I am the first person they think of when choosing a pet sitter. I have years of experience with senior pets & am able to administer any meds.

Deb was absolutely wonderful with our two little Yorkies. We were visiting Durango on vacation and wanted to do a full day activity that our little guys could not do with us. From the very first contact she made us feel completely comfortable with leaving them for the full day. She texted every few hours and sent pictures as well which we absolutely loved!!🥰 We could not have asked for anything better!!
If we could leave 10 stars we would! My dog Trouble is usually very standoffish, but the minute Deb walked in he was in love! I believe certain people have a dog-positive instinct and energy, and picked up on it immediately. We had Deb house sitting (and Trouble playing) two different days. We never worried one bit and received periodic pictures and updates! Trouble made a best friend that day, and he highly recommends Deb for all of your dog related needs! Thank you, Deb, you took a lot of worry out of our vacation!
Deb is fantastic. She had very clear and responsive communication and took great care of my dog. It was a relief to have someone who was so reliable, and who I felt was looking after my dog with the same care I do. She let my dog sleep in her bed and lounge on her couch. She also took her on hikes and with her to run errands. And when my flight was delayed, she was very understanding and accommodating. I cannot recommend Deb enough.
Deb took great care of Amiga; long walks every day, taking her to fun town events, giving my puppy new experiences. Amiga was in fine form when I returned. Deb is punctual, communicative, and reliable,
Deb is a gem! She took great care of my giant baby. Lots of walks and hikes, medication administration and photo updates! I have finally found our trusted sitter!
Very accommodating, I accidentally under booked and Deb was very helpful. Be careful when booking, it’s not the same as booking a hotel stay.

Schedule
I’m retired so watching your cherished pet absolutely fits into my schedule. Playtime, walking, belly rubs & head scratches are part of what I do.😊 They will always be the top priority in my care. Being retired allows me the ability to pack a suitcase at a moments notice & arrive on your doorstep to not only care for your fur baby but take care of your home. I will respect your home & leave it better than I found it.😊

I have recently moved back to the four corners region & live in town near walking trails & green space. In addition my niche is traveling to your home to take care of your fur-baby. I find your fur-baby is happier in their home with familiar surroundings & schedules. I am able to provide reference if needed.
A typical day
We can go to the park or walking path right outside my door. We will play fetch (if that’s their thing) run around etc. If your dog is more active I am an avid hiker so that is something we can do! If they happen to be a couch potatoe not a problem!
