For me I personally would like for someone to be upfront about behaviors that should be made known. Like leash pulling. Food aggression etc. It is also important for me to know if your dog has dietary needs and requirements for medication or any present allergies. If there is anything that can trigger aggresive behaviors. Is the dog a nervous biter/ snapper or pee'er and things along that line. It's much appreciated!

I enjoy playing fetch and tug of war with my dog. I also enjoy and am capable of light training. I try to do some brief training with my dog on a daily just to keep him sharp. (None of it professional of course but some basic skills like sit or laydown and high five also speak. That one is usually a bit tough if the dogs stubborn. ) We wake up fairly early so I can take my son to school. Then from there I feed Gryphon and let him take his morning naps then we just kinda chill in the house til someone wants to play tug or fetch.
