Full time pet care for non-shedding dogs! Hi, I’m Deanna and I am excited to have the chance to take care of your dog! *Please note*: Due to allergies, I only accept request from non-shedding or low-shedding friends. (If your pup needs regular haircuts they’re ok!) CONSISTENT: Dog sitting is my full time job! No work outside the home, no work from home, just this! That means I am there to provide consistent, round the clock care and companionship to your dog. This means plenty of potty breaks, play sessions, and lots and lots of snuggles for your fluffy friends. EXPERIENCED: I have over 30 years experience in caring for dogs. I have boarded dogs for as long as a month, or short as a daycare. I love animals of all kinds, but have always had a special connection with dogs. I have had six dogs over my lifetime and created a special bond with each of them. KNOWLEDGEABLE: I have taught myself over the years about dog training, psychology, development, as well as dog first aid. I am experienced in caring for older dogs, administering medications, and dealing with various different health needs safely and efficiently. UNIQUE: My home stands out as extra special for furry friends. I have a 1/2 acre yard with a 6 foot high fence, with lots of room for dogs to run and play, including a puppy obstacle course that can be set up for extra fun. Inside I have hard wood floors and a big comfy couch that the dogs can lounge on comfortably, along with boxes of toys and puzzles and games to challenge their brains while they are with me. I look forward to taking care of your beloved family members, and treating them as one of my own for as long as they are in my care!

My full time job is looking after dogs. I rarely leave my home and yard except to walk my canine guests or pick up groceries curbside. My days revolve around keeping my canine guests safe, comfortable and busy while their humans are away.

I have a half acre yard with a six foot fence around the backyard providing a large, secure play area. I am always with them inside or out. My whole house is set up with kennels and dog beds. I only kennel adult dogs at night if they prefer being kenneled or if they aren’t safe being left to roam at night. Puppies are kenneled at night.The kennel doors are open for them to retreat to during the day if they need a bit of space to themselves.They are free to sleep on my large sofa or any of the variety of dog beds My bed, however, is mine alone. I have water bowls in several rooms of the house. They are washed with soap and water and refilled every few hours. I feed each guest in a separate area of the house to prevent any issues around food.
A typical day
I’m outside with the dogs for hours every day unless the weather is too hot or cold for their safety. Dogs that enjoy fetch are in heaven here with the big yard and a human willing to throw for them until they tire. If the guests have decent leash manners, I like to go to nearby trails for walks. When we have days that are too hot or cold for much outside time, I have loads of inside toys and games to play with them. They also get plenty of petting and snuggles if they want them. They all get a good brushing at the end of the day as well as a teeth brushing for those who will allow it. My guests are my priority all day every day.
