Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine since we both work from home. Dogs are almost never left alone and get regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. We stick closely to each dog’s normal feeding and care schedule so they feel comfortable and at home, and we build our day around making sure they’re settled, relaxed, and well cared for.

Hi! I’m Deanna, and my husband and I are lifelong dog lovers who really understand how important it is to feel good about who’s watching your pup. I work from home, and my husband also works remotely, so there’s almost always someone home for supervision, attention, and company throughout the day. We have two friendly dogs - Bruce, our Doberman, and Morty, our Miniature Pinscher - both used to other dogs and pretty easygoing. Our home is calm and predictable with no kids, which tends to be a nice, low-stress setup for dogs. We’ve also used Rover ourselves, so we get what it’s like leaving your dog with someone new and how important updates and communication are. We only take one dog family at a time and keep things calm at drop-off by not doing introductions right then to avoid stress. While they’re here, we stick to their normal routine as much as possible and send regular photo and video updates so you always know how they’re doing.

Information Deanna & Morgan O. would like to know about your pet
Before a stay, it’s helpful to know your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, behavior with other dogs, any anxiety or triggers, and any medical needs or medications.
A typical day
We keep things pretty relaxed - dogs hang out with us while we watch TV, lounge around, or go about the day. They get regular walks and backyard time. If they’re social, they can also play with our dogs.

Pet care experience
I volunteered with a nonprofit dog rescue for a few years, so I’m comfortable with different dog personalities and helping them feel safe and settled. I work from home and I am around all day for supervision. I focus on slow, safe introductions and one-family-at-a-time care. I will also send regular updates so you always know how things are going.
