I've been a go to dog/cat sitter for friends for years. I've dog sat for friends on the weekend multiple times. I've made myself available to walk their dogs on the days they can't since I have flexibility with my job. I have a friend who drops her cat off to stay with me when she travels.

Deanna took care of our cat during a holiday vacation. It was his first time staying with her and I could tell by the first initial photos that he felt safe and adjusted well in her space. She was very responsive in messages, warm, and did a wonderful job taking care of our fur baby. I appreciated her sending photos each day, which helped us feel at ease that our cat was doing just fine. She's attentive and caring and I was glad that our cat had a good place to stay while we were gone. She is fantastic!

I haven't quite taken the leap yet to adopt a dog myself although I'd like to. I've spent so much time around both cats and dogs since most of my friends and family are animal lovers/owners themselves. I always make sure to repect their schedules and rules for their pets.
A typical day
My apartment building has a fenced in blacktop that I would play fetch with your pup. I love going on walks myself and there are a ton of local parks where I live to take them as well as Ward Acres Dog Park! I also would spend my days cuddling your pets making them feel as welcomed and loved as possible until you reunite.

- Let me know if your dog has any bad habits such as picking up garbage on the road. I'm always careful to watch in case they pick something up anyway. I would also like to know if they are good with or struggle with other dogs or children we could potentially encounter on our walks.
