Do not leave your pets in the care of this provider. She lied about being at one of the visits. She copied a photo from one Rover card to a second card. She did not refill kibble or water during any visits. She did not respond to any messages I sent her.

Our cat was fine when we returned, and I especially appreciated Deanna's willingness to also water my porch flower baskets and bring in the mail.

Deanna was great! She responded every time we texted her, contacted us when necessary and took very good care of our dogs and our home. It was nice to come home to happy dogs and a clean house after 2 weeks away.

Deanna was not as attentive to our dog as desired, and left her crated in the morning for 3 hours longer than we had asked.

I was disappointed by my dog’s stay with Deanna. She does seem to have a good enough understanding of dogs/dog behavior. I provided both written and verbal instructions about my dog’s needs for potty breaks during the overnight stay, and asked for clear communication of her plans for arrival and departure (I had some flexibility on the time, but needed some warning, as my plans would depended on when she left). She only took my dog out one of the two times that I asked before bed, which meant that he went from 8:30pm to 9:30am without going to the bathroom, which is far longer than he is used to being asked to go. The two walks that she took him on were only about 20 minutes each. She also did not provide me with any updates or communication during the visit at all, and did not provide me with any information regarding her plans for arrival and departure until immediately before each happened. In addition, she provided no information on how his stay with her went overall, (concerning because I now have no idea if he ate his food or took his medication while I was gone). Overall, a pretty disappointing experience.
