Caring Cat Sitter
Although I love all animals, cats definitely win my heart! I’ve taken care of cats since my family adopted our first cat at age 8, and have over 3 years of professional experience cat sitting for others in my community and through Rover. I have cared for dozens of cats of all ages and abilities and am comfortable caring for cats with medical issues or special needs. I look forward to hearing more about you and your cats needs, and hope I can hang out with your feline pal soon!

Because I have cats that live at my home, I cannot offer boarding. However, I am happy to visit at your home. I am always very respectful of the places I visit and can offer light housecleaning (such as doing dishes or folding laundry) when requested!

Deanna was so great, and house sat for us while watching our cat, Jesse! Our cat is very social, so it's super helpful to have someone be able to stay over while we were gone. Jesse loved Deanna, and was very warm and cuddly with them. Deanna sent us photos and video updates, and also took Jesse on daily walks (our cat has a harness and leash, and loves to be outside!). We will definitely be booking Deanna again, and I know Jesse will be very happy when Deanna returns as well! Deanna also left our home extremely clean, and even put our sheets in the laundry for us and ran the dishwasher on the last day. We definitely recomend hiring Deanna!
Deanna looked after our three cats for four days, and all went well. I appreciated that she was on time and attentive for our initial meet-and-greet, and that the cat boxes and such were in good shape when we returned. Deanna also managed to make friends with our little black cat who tends to be skittish and is not a fan of new people.
Deanna takes great care of Luna! She’s great at loading up her food toys and making sure she’s got lots of mental stimulation. She leaves the house like she found it and is quick to respond whenever I reach out!
Deanna took great care of Luna! Easy to coordinate with and confident giving Luna meds and taking her on walks eventhough she’s a bit leash reactive. Came home to a happy pup and a tidy house!
Deanna was a wonderful catsitter! She was extremely communicative and took great care of MoMo. Thank you so much!

Schedule
I currently working as a teachers aide at an elementary school and an outdoor educator at an after school nature program. During the work week, I am most available in the mornings and evening. I am also available on the weekends and sometimes during holiday/school breaks. Because I don’t have a car and commute by bike/bus, I can not offer services to folks who live in more rural areas or far from town. I am most likely to accept your request if you message me at least a few days in advance, but you are welcome to send me last minute requests and I might be available!
