I am a dog mom to a black lab mix, Archie and a cat mom to a black domestic shorthair, Juniper. Archie and I love to go on hikes (Juniper will join us eventually) and to the dog park (Juniper will never go there)! I understand that every pet needs something different. I can adapt to be whatever your furry, feathery, or scaley child needs. I have experience with senior dogs and cats, puppies and kittens and those that require special medical attention or special diets. I grew up with 3 large dogs and 2 cats. I spend most of my life volunteering at dog rescues including The Great Pyrenees Rescue of Western NC and the Humane Society of Catawba Valley. I've worked with rescue horses and chickens as well and am comfortable taking bookings for farm animals and exotic animals. Drop Ins/Walks are offered on Rover in 30 minute or 1-hour increments. If you need a longer or shorter visit, please inquire. Bookings include a combination of the following services based on you and your pet’s needs: • Walk outside or potty break in back yard with waste pick-up • In home accident check and clean up as needed • Feeding and refreshing water • Litter box cleaning • Playtime • Snuggle time • Clean and refresh bedding of bunnies, birds, reptiles, etc. • Light grooming and brushing • Medication administration • Home maintenance: Mail retrieval, rotate blinds/lights, set alarms, trash, water plants, etc. • Transportation to vet, groomers, etc. (This service is also offered separate from dog sitting services) • Additional requests Overnight bookings include the above as well as light home maintenance. Bedding and towels will be washed and put back on bed, dishes will be clean, trash will be removed, etc. I've been pet sitting on Rover since 2022. In March of 2025 I accepted a corporate job. My current working hours are 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM 4 days a week. I will typically leave overnight bookings for work around 6:40 AM and return around 12:00 PM to check on and walk my furry client before returning to work. I will return back to the booking from work around 5:00 PM. I am home Friday - Sunday and on holidays I am not working. I cannot accept drop ins or walks during working hours and am currently only accepting those bookings in the early mornings or evenings during the week and am open for bookings Friday - Sunday and on holidays I am not working my corporate job.
