I work from home and am available 7 days a week for dog boarding. Meet & greets are not required to book with me. If you'd like to do one, they are a quick 5-10 minute meeting outside of my house. Your dog must remain on leash during the meet and greet and are not allowed to potty unless you have provided vaccine information or already booked with me.

Fully fenced home and pasture with multiple smaller fenced areas as well. Commercial grade outdoor kennels available for escape artists or reactive dogs. Indoor boarding for non reactive dogs with crates for if I need to leave the house to ensure everyone's safety and no mischief making. For safety, dogs are crated overnight. Meet & greets are not required to book with me. If you'd like to do one, they are a quick 5-10 minute meeting outside of my house. I do NOT take on any human aggression dogs. Dogs with mild dog reactivity is okay, but dogs with extreme dog aggression are not welcome unless they are kenneled outside for safety. Please let me know if your pet is intact and if your female will be in heat during her stay. I am equipped to handle this, but I need to be aware in advance. Please let me know if your dog has EVER escape from home / yard / boarding previously. Does your dog require medication? Please discuss in advance. Is your dog recovering from a sickness? If it's within 30 days, please find boarding elsewhere. I cannot have contagious diseases on my property :(
A typical day
Individual love and attention! Dogs are crated if I need to leave the house and during the nighttime for safety. Dogs do not play with dogs outside of their households (no group play.) Please note, I live on an acre with pasture. This means if your dog stays with me during heavy rain, he or she might come home a little muddy. Please let me know in advance if you prefer your dog to stay on the concrete areas instead. Small fenced in yard as well for seniors, small dogs, or animals that are not allowed to run around in the pasture per owner preference.

Dog care isn’t just a job or hobby for me; it’s truly a way of life! With over 10 years of hands on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds, I’m comfortable working with everything from sweet cuddle bugs to reactive dogs. For pups who prefer their own space nowhere near other dogs, outdoor kennels are available, and I also offer indoor boarding for everyone else. My home sits on fenced acre of pasture perfect for running and playtime, along with several smaller, securely fenced areas for safe enrichment and exercise. I’ve spent more than a decade training, competing with, and breeding German Shepherds in schutzhund, and I actively help coach a competitive obedience club. Building a strong, trusting bond with every dog I work with is incredibly important to me, whether they’re my own or a dog I’m helping train or care for. Dogs are part of my life 24/7, and I would love the opportunity to provide attentive, loving care for your furry family member while you’re away. 🐾

Deana is THE BEST! I'm hesitant to write this review as I don't want Deana to be boooked up when I need her most!! Deana was a lifesaver for our new puppy! At only 10 weeks, Poppy needs constant attention and direction. Deane was incredibly punctual (the pick up and drop off option is by far the best thing on the planet), communicative, and followed our routine for Poppy. The fact that she has land and her own dogs for socializing pups is hard to come by in the Bay Area. She is truly a dog lover and transitioned our dog from crying when on car rides to not crying at all when in the car. Deana, we can't think you enough.
With only a week’s notice I was able to confirm a booking with Deana for my high energy 7yo lab. He was so happy to have her yard/pasture to play and roam around in. She was very clear with pick up and drop off, what to bring and not to bring and I even received great pictures of my dog enjoying his time. I will definitely reach out to have my dog stay with her again!
We booked a spot with Deana with only about 2 weeks notice prior to a last minute trip and appreciated that she could accommodate us. She provided clear instructions and was extremely responsive to my texts (like lightning fast!) and seemed to be very on top of the care for our dog. She shared some photos and an update on Saturday during the stay and was responsive to my check-in texts as well.
Deanna took exceptional care of our dog, Mars, over Christmas, and we couldn’t be happier with her help. From the very beginning, she made Mars feel comfortable and well cared for, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Deanna also kept us posted daily by sending pictures of Mars. Mars has a small tumor on his leg, and Deanna was incredibly attentive—she applied his ointment every single day and made sure the wound was properly cared for throughout our trip. Deanna followed all of our instructions to the letter, including meal prep details. We had packed Mars’s meals in separate ziplock bags and asked that they not be discarded so we could reuse them. Deanna was extremely thoughtful and diligent—she kept every ziplock and even packed them neatly for us to take home. Overall, Deanna went above and beyond in caring for Mars. We are truly grateful for her kindness, reliability, and attention to detail. We will absolutely be using her services again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate caregiver for their pet.
