Dayna is an exceptional caregiver! She recently looked after my Frenchie, Jim, for a few days, and she knew exactly how to perfectly handle him. Dayna brings an incredible background of working with all sorts of animals for a very long time—ranging from domestic pets to big cats—which gives her an unmatched intuition for safe and loving care. In fact, whenever Jim is showing unusual behavior or I have an issue with him, Dayna is always the very first person I think of to reach out to. Her customer service is stellar, complete with regular photo updates and thoughtful check-ins that gave me total peace of mind while away. Dayna is a very patient and loving carer of animals of all varieties. On many occasions, she has helped us with all sorts of responsibilities, from house-sitting and caring for our Alaskan Malamute and Jack Russell to looking after and maintaining our flock of chickens. She also has a fantastic professional background working with a wide variety of animals, from household pets to incredibly exotic species, having spent several years working with animals at well-renowned zoos in Kent. Most importantly for me, she is exceptionally patient and consistently uses positive reinforcement when working with animals. She has an excellent eye for recognising changes in behaviour, temperament and body language, which allows her to understand how an animal is feeling and respond appropriately.
