I live right in front of a cute park and just a couple blocks from Cheesman Park and Cherry Creek trail (which I love to run at) I also love hiking, so if they are able, I will take them on all my hikes and runs. My cat is extremely friendly with other animals, so if they had to meet, it would not be a concern. I understand like humans, some animals take some time warming up to new humans so I try my best to not overwhelm them and make them feel safe.

I am extremely accommodating and try to be as flexible as I can! Working from home helps me be able to tend to animals. If you want your animal to say with me, my cat is extremely friendly but please make sure your animal is okay with other animals.
A typical day
Going on walks, hikes! I am a fairly active person so I always enjoy being outside. I have a frisbee too if they like to play catch.

Pet care experience
Been in Denver three years now and absolutely love it! Very outdoorsy, so I’d love to take you pup outside! I don’t have a pup of my own, but I continuously took care of my roommates and friends dogs for over 6 years. (I’m the Aunt to many dogs 😆) Did a lot of pet watching during that time. I love walking dogs, it makes me happy to see them happy getting their energy out and it lets me exercise too! My dog at my parents home has diabetes, so I’ve administered insulin many times for her. Have some experience with dog training, but not enough to have a certificate or anything. Have a cat of my own, so I also love hanging out with those types of fluff too!

It’s always a little worrisome trying to find the right pet sitter for your beloved fur baby. Dayna was the best and removed any anxieties for me and my little dude. Her companion, Rou, is the absolute sweetest and she went to great lengths to make Pickles feel comfortable and at home. She is incredibly responsive and timely and shares updates on how your babies are doing. I’d book again in a heartbeat and recommend her to all.
Dayna was incredible! She was able to watch my dog last min and took such great care of her! Highly recommend and will rebook in the future :)
