Safety, trust & environment
For drop-in visits, I’ll handle feeding, bathroom breaks, training upkeep and maintenance of the home. Everything will be exactly as you left it! For dog walks, I can ensure there is plenty of sniffing time and light jogs to help keep your pup happy.
Information Daylin D. would like to know about your pet
Please share your pet's food and toy preferences, how you'd prefer for me to interact with the pets upon greeting (calm, high energy, etc.), and any behaviors I should be aware of (nipping, scratching, whining, etc.).
A typical day
I've always had a strong interest in training animals and I am happy to incorporate training into regular play with your pets. I am also a big believer in the power of simply cuddling and bonding with animals and how it helps humans and animals alike.

Pet care experience
I’ve always loved animals, and caring for them is a significant part of my life. Throughout my life, I’ve had big dogs, little dogs, many cats and kittens, a bird, a turtle, and many fish including a betta sorority. I love every sort of critter and will learn any skill necessary to care for them! I volunteered at a dog rescue called Paws4You for 4 years, growing from a youth volunteer to a lead volunteer during that time. I showcased adoptable dogs, while learning how to train basic commands for new rescues, leash walking etiquette and how to pair dogs with the right home. I’ve also done 4 years of horseback riding and horse care with my college equestrian team with horses of all shapes, sizes and ages. Additionally, I was a foster and clinic volunteer for Beautiful Together Animal Sanctuary (July 2022 - May 2024). In this role, I’ve cared for cats of different ages, temperaments and medical needs (pills, ointments, etc.). Use code DAYLID90754 to get $20 off your first booking on Rover.
