Not only am I a Dog trainer, but I’m also a dog bather at my job. So, I don’t just train dogs. I make sure they are groomed well and again I just bathe. I Do Not cut hair. I want to make sure that our furry friends are clean and healthy so when they are in our home or it’s summer, they feel fresh and fine.

I am also a pet parent myself. I have two cats and two dogs of my own. In the picture that you see on Rover, I am Daya the person on the right side. Every day I need to make sure that my babies are fed and well. As myself I do have and work a full-time job, thankfully. I exercise my dogs and cats before I head to work to make sure they move around before I head to work because I know they’re probably just waiting for me to come home.

I would love to know if you’re furry friend either needs medication or is getting treated for a ear infection or doesn’t like to be touched somewhere more specifically in the body. A lot of dogs are sensitive either to their paws or ears. Every detail of your furry friend is needed to make sure it’s fun and great experience for them.
A typical day
One of the most common fun activities that dogs like to do is fetch, but within that I’m also teaching them how to drop it with a nice yummy treat. Other fun activities I will provide with dogs is searching for toys that have strong scent to motivate them to “find it”. There’s also enrichment toys like puzzles.

Hello, my name is Daya. I’ve been working with animals, technically my entire life and I know that’s what you typically read.. when I was younger I had roosters, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbit, lizards, and birds. I was seeking to becoming a veterinarian technician, but I know that wasn’t my real passion. I became a Dog trainer, now for 6 years. I have been working with reactive dogs (aggressive) and the reason why I say reactive is because our dogs react towards something that makes our dogs look aggressive or probably are. I make sure as a Dog Trainer and the pet parent have a clear understanding what we need to do to help out our dogs. The training I do is obedience. I came to Rover to help out pet parents in need and not just with training but to also care for your furry friend when you're at work.

Hello my name is Ezequiel and I would gladly say that Dayanara is a full time Fur Parent and is amazing with all animals!!! She has two amazing big German shepherds and cares for them as if they were her kids!!! Once I saw her rescue a bird from the street and cared for it until it was able to fly free! She also trained her two cats and dogs to get along with each other!! If anything I would ask her to teach me how to train my cats and dogs to get along if I was to ever get any lol I don’t think I ever seen someone so committed to helping every animal she see’s! I know that for a fact if any animal needs a helping hand or paw lol I know she’s the right person for the job!
Dayanara is a great caregiver for animals. As a student in her dog training courses, I've seen her handle multiple dogs and large aggressive dogs, sometimes at once. She cares deeply for the pets and I've seen her personally go above and beyond in helping an animal in learning commands as well as help them relax in the process. I have a pet of my own and she has been a great help in getting my dog, Osita, to pay attention and respond to commands. Attending her classes has been a great decision and I am happy she's been helping me and Osita in leraning commands. I've signed up for all of her classes: puppy training, intermediate, advanced, and brain games. Dayanara has personally helped me and my dog from the beginning and soon I plan to take what I believe is called the CGC test through her. I've seen her been able to handle multiple dogs at once and at times when the pets would get aggressive, she would implement exercises for them to know each other and get along. Through her training and exercises I have seen her care and love the animals. She has great patience and I've never seen her turn away a dog. She treats the pets she trained as actual students and she loves to see them grow. For the times I have talked to her about her classes, she enjoys talking about the different pets and animals she's come across and loves to see how they progress in life. If there's anyone I'd recommend as a pet caregiver, It would definitely be Daya.
