✅ WHAT I OFFER: I offer house sitting 🏘️ and boarding 🚍 with overnight stays, day and night, including frequent potty breaks, multiple walks, feedings, exercise, playtime, and all the cuddles. Pick-ups and drop-offs are available upon request 🌳🏠🚙🌳 ✅ MEET & GREETS: I offer one complimentary 30-minute Meet & Greet (M&G), available in the evenings, Monday–Sunday 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽 The M&G is used to meet each other, get acquainted, and review your pet’s routine, care needs, feeding schedule, behaviors, walk routine, and supply locations 📓🐶✍🏼 ✅ ADDITIONAL MEETINGS: Any additional meetings, repeat reviews, or follow-up walkthroughs beyond the initial complimentary Meet & Greet (M&G) are not included. Additional in-person reviews are available for an additional fee of $150, [including meeting again just before departure] as all care details are already reviewed during the M&G and documented in writing. I remain available to message with questions at any time. ✅ FEE WAIVER OPTION: The additional meeting fee above is waived when care instructions and access are provided in advance (written notes, printed instructions, or even video), allowing me to let myself in at the start of the booking. This option is often preferred and avoids unnecessary repeat meetings. In other words: Fee is waived if we skip the "quick" 2nd meeting. ✅ WALK DEMOS: Any walks during the meet & greet — including “practice walks” or walk demonstrations — are considered a dog walking service and will be charged accordingly 🦮🐾🐕‍🦺 ✅ MY AVAILABILITY: I stay in my clients’ homes full-time, day and night, and pets are never left unattended. I will always wake up if a pet needs care 🌅🌃 Please note: My preferred hours for routine care (walks, feedings, non-urgent requests) are 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM. I ask that clients be flexible with strict schedules. Emergencies and essential needs are always handled immediately, regardless of the time ⏰📆📞
