Hi, I’m Dawson! I’m a college student at San Jose State University with a genuine love for animals, and I take pride in providing dependable, attentive care for every pet I meet. Over the past few months, I’ve had the opportunity to care for a variety of dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines, and I truly enjoy getting to know each one. Whether your dog loves long trail walks, relaxing strolls around the neighborhood, or plenty of time to sniff and explore, I’ll make sure they get the exercise, attention, and care they deserve. I always prioritize safety, patience, and making sure every walk is enjoyable and stress-free. I grew up around both dogs and cats and currently have an adult Shih Tzu of my own, so I understand how important consistency and trust are. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always follow your instructions to help them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. Communication is also important to me. After every visit or walk, I send detailed updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind. My goal is to make sure both you and your pet have the best experience possible, and I look forward to meeting you both!

Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping your furry friend company, I put care and attention into everything I do. I know that every pet has their own personality some love high-energy games of fetch, while others are happiest snuggled up on the couch. I enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique quirks, and I’ll always adjust my care to what makes them feel the most loved and secure.

When I care for pets, I treat them like family. At my home or a client’s, I stick to their usual routines for walks, meals, and playtime so they feel comfortable and happy. I give plenty of attention and affection, and I’m always keeping an eye on them to make sure they’re safe, relaxed, and having a good time. Having an adult Shih Tzu myself has taught me how important consistency and care are for pets of all ages.

Some of my favorite activities with pets include: • Going for long walks to burn off energy and explore the outdoors 🐕 • Playing fetch, tug-of-war, or chasing toys around the yard or living room 🎾 • Giving plenty of belly rubs, ear scratches, and cuddle time 🐾 • Keeping a steady routine with feeding and bathroom breaks so pets feel comfortable • Taking cute photos and sending regular updates to owners, so you never feel far away from your pet Because of my flexible college schedule, I have time throughout the day to dedicate to pet care. I’m dependable, responsible, and easy to communicate with. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet behind, so I make sure both you and your furry family member feel safe and cared for from start to finish. I truly enjoy building trust with both pets and owners, and I believe that little things like giving extra attention during a walk, or keeping a pet’s favorite toy nearby make all the difference. My goal is to make sure your pets feel loved, entertained, and comfortable until you’re back home. I can’t wait to meet your pets, spend time with them, and give them all the love and attention they deserve! 🐶🐱
