Animals have always been part of my life. My mum still reminds me how even as a young child I had an connection with all creatures. I have always treated them with respect, kindness, love and necessary guidance. I have had experience with all ages, shapes, sizes and attitudes. I also have experience with special needs and their concerns. The responsibility of taking one of your furbabies into my care, is one that has been thought out with great consideration. I live in a large homey house with a a large back yard with a garden. Consider it a Retreat for your loved ones while you are way. You can leave with the peace of mind that your pups will be included as part of the family. It could be playing in the back yard, strolling around the neighbourhood or chilling on a soft cushy pillow. I have lived in the Queen West West area for 20 years and I am familiar with Vets and parks ( on and off leash) in the area. Looking forward to meeting you and your better ( 4 pawed) half. We had a wonderful experience with Dawne as our dog sitter! She is always communicative, and takes great care of our dog as if he was her own. We appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away.
Dawne is always our go-to sitter for Hallie! She’s always responsive and timely and sends plenty of photos. Hallie’s so comfortable with her and always runs right in whenever we drop off, and loves whenever we see her. Thanks Dawne!!
Dawne’s the best! Our 13 year old pup is diabetic. She requires multiple shots of insulin a day, she is going blind and requires a special diet due to her diabetes. We will only take our dog to Dawne moving forward because we know she will give Willa the care she needs. She keeps us regularly updated while boarding with pictures and texts.
Dawne and Steve are the absolute best. Thank you for taking such good care of Abby.

New chapter in my family's life. Life takes you down many roads and here we are. :) Happy to be here and full time doggie people. Cross over to the Rainbow Bridge for our sweet rescue Jenny who was 8 years young when she came into our lives. 11/24/16 to 03/23/23

A downtown neighbourhood in a home with full-time supervision for your pups. We have a fenced back-yard in Toronto with great neighbours. Lots of chilled space inside and out for an urban city. Pups are normally not crated but what works for them is what is important. Many parks around us but have our own little piece of a get away and we are still at home. :)
Un día normal
With your pups stay unless required for bedtime or because of special needs, or your request, your pups will not be crated. We want them to feel part of the family while they are in our care and home. They are also are never left unattended. We have an downtown, fully fenced back yard with garden and space for playing or just chilling Surrounded by great neighbours and a good area for neighbourly walks. Also surrounded by many small and large parks, including Trinity Bellwoods and Stanley Park, which are open or have enclosed dog parks, depending on your pups needs.
