I have a gated kitchen where the dogs bed or crate is set up. If I go out to run an errand, the dogs are in my gated kitchen. I have a large back yard that the dogs love to play and run in. It is completely fenced, so even the smallest (or largest) dogs cannot escape.

Small and medium dogs are preferred for house sitting in my home for Doggie Evening Care, Doggie Day Care, or Pet Boarding while you are on vacation. Information I would like to know, other than all emergency and contact information, is the breed, age, gender, whether fixed, if all shots are up to date, and what is their general nature related to people and other dogs.

Here's where we'll take our walks On nice Spring days, can take your dog who is good on a leash on a nice walk down the block and to a local large park that is less than a block away. Most of the time though they will be let out in my large, completely fenced-in backyard along with the all the other dogs. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog will sleep comfortably within the living room or kitchen in their own bed. If they normally sleep in a crate, I ask you to bring that, as I try to keep their routine as close to what they are used to in order to make them feel more at home, even though they are on vacation! Time I'll spend with your dog I would be around the majority of the day except to run a few short errands here and there.

I have taken care of various pets of my own my whole life including a dog, a cat, gerbils, hamsters, fish, frogs, and parakeets. I have always been an animal lover and have constant interaction with friends and family with various pets. I work from home so I have a flexible schedule and can care for any type of household pet in any way you need. I am available for pet boarding in my home, and can service your pets whenever you are away. If you have an unexpected pet care need come up, I am usually available to resolve your pet care challenge! I pride myself on reliability, respect for others and their property, and being a loving caretaker. Pet pick-up and drop-off for pet boarding are also available for reasonable rates for these added services. Please note I charge by the calendar day. Day of pickup is free if pickup is by 10:00 a.m. Please contact me at any time. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover my whole life. Have owned a dog in the past for many years. I interact constantly with a lot of different dogs because my friends and family are dog lovers too! Meet my pets None at the moment! About my yard I have a nice large back yard that is completely fenced in. The property is about a third of an acre altogether. The terrain is mostly flat to slightly sloping grass with some trees. My experience administering medication Most medications are not a problem. Feel free to ask me about anything specific.

Great job on our trial overnight.
This is the first time I used Dawn and I have to say, she was fantastic. Very professional meet & greet and I was confident that she was going to follow all my instructions exactly. I was gone for 8 days and I loved that she sent me pics daily making me feel connected to what was going on at her house. I also liked that she had 1-2 other dogs there for my two to play with but it wasn’t overrun with dogs. They still got their quiet time. The only thing I would say is don’t forget to bring your own dog bowls and towels because I forgot and was in a hurry. Luckily I was able to rush over to dollar tree and get some stuff. I’ll definitely remember next time!
Dawn took great care of Munster! Daily pictures and updates were provided. We will definitely leave Munster with Dawn again!
Always a pleasure having Dawn as our sitter. Highly recommend for a safe, loving place to leave your pup 😊
