Dawn was an excellent dog sitter! I found myself in a pinch with finding someone and she was available and communicated quickly and effectively so the plan was able to come together quickly! She took notes at our meet and greet and wanted as much info as possible to make my dog’s stay as smooth as possible! Poptart was a little hesitant at drop off but warmed up immediately to Dawn, and her warm, welcoming personality (and her bin of dog toys!). She sent tons of updates and pictures and had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend Dawn to any pet parent and will book with her again!

Dawn was so wonderful and accommodating!! I had never boarded my cat before and was pretty nervous about leaving her in someone else's home. Dawn made us feel right at home, she suggested that I stay for ~30 minutes during "drop-off" to make sure that Missy felt comfortable, and did an amazing job of making sure that Missy wouldn't have the opportunity to bolt for the door or get stuck somewhere - Missy is a curious and elderly old lady and I was worried she would hide or get trapped, but Dawn made sure that wouldn't happen. She sent lots of pictures assuring me that Missy was having a great time, relaxing and playing with her toys and getting so much attention and lots of snuggles. Dawn made it super easy to schedule both pickup and dropoff and had all of Missy's stuff packed up and ready to go. If we ever need Missy to go on vacation again, Dawn will be my first call!
