Safety, trust & environment
Our current pets are strictly indoor friends, but we have had multiple animals that would go outdoor as well. I currently walk dogs outdoors and also care for animals inside as well. Each client has their own routine and I'm careful to follow that strictly. Between us we can work out the specifics.
Information Dawn M. would like to know about your pet
Does your dog enjoy human interaction or prefer solo play, etc. I very much want to feed your animal's needs during my visit. Is your dog shy? Active? Sedentary? Healthy? Does your dog have any special needs? Is there a health concern I need to keep my eyes on? What treats can I share with your dog?
A typical day
I currently have a little dog that I walk and she is so special. I plan specific areas to walk so that she can meet up with many people and few other dogs. She loves to interact with other humans, but not so much other dogs. I'm sure to bring her favorite treats and she absolutely loves doing her duty so she can get that reward. I've also walked dogs who prefer to mind their own business and just stroll along smelling every scent they can. Some dogs love to play and I am happy to throw a ball around or play a rousing tug of war. Cats can also have very definite preferences and I'm always working to find the best interaction possible. The goal is safety, friendship and necessities.

Pet care experience
I want every animal in the world, but since that isn't possible, I can help you care for your pet while you confidently enjoy a vacation or time away, secretly fulfilling my animal fix. I've been caring for animals my whole life and love them all, adjusting care needs for each specific animal and their needs. I walk daily and would love to invite your furry friend along. Just need drop in cuddles and well checks? I love that too. Our furry friend is very high maintenance and I have learned how to make her day happy and very comfortable. Cats were my original true love, so our elderly cat is spoiled daily, and I'd love to spoil yours as well. We can sure see if my skills meet your needs.

Dawn took very good care of Cocoa and sent us lots of messages about how they were doing together.

Amazing care of my rabbit Mochi! Tons of notes and pictures!
She did a lovely job with care and daily updates. Would definitely hire her in the future.

Dawn is a true professional! I’m so glad we found her for our furry friend. She allowed me to have peace of mind while away and I would definitely recommend her services!!
