We love playful pups and doodles!
I grew up with many types of rescue/dogs at home (terriers, heelers, sharpei, goldens) I love all dogs but especially poodle mixes and have experience with doodles. Coqui is now 5 years old and I got him at 8 weeks, so understand the doodle ways. I will take great care of your fur baby! Also, dog must be ok with other dogs in the house. Coqui is very friendly and loves other dogs. We typically go on 4x walks per day, usually one of them is a longer trail walk or to the offleash dog park. Your dog will get plenty of exercise. If they are older or don’t need as much exercise, I would do shorter/separate walks. For housesitting, Coqui would be joining in the fun. So dogs (and owners:-) need to want that type of service.

Dawn was an amazing house sitter. I highly recommend her. She is very responsible and great at communication. She took excellent care of our dogs Leeloo and Lucy, and her pup Coqui was great company for our girls. Most importantly, I didn't worry for a minute of our trip--the peace of mind was priceless.
Dawn has taken wonderful care of my Miniature Australian Shepherd when I have been away. She is very responsible and proactive about making sure he gets what he needs - taking him on walks and other outings. In fact, I am a little jealous - I think my pup likes her than me!
My “son”, Mikey, loves Dawn. She sneaks him small treats, calls him “Little Dude”, and plays his all-time favorite game with him (tossing seed pods in the yard for him to chase, ad nauseum). Mike always gets excited when he sees her, and wants to be near her. Mikey isn’t a runner (he prefers to sniff every single new smell at length, thankyouverymuch), but if he were, Dawn (who is a runner) would happily take him for jogs around the neighborhood, as well. You really couldn’t ask for a better “dog auntie”. (Mikey has approved this message and looks forward to receiving more treats on the sly, as a result.)

Schedule
I work from home part of the week so can keep your pup with me and my dog coqui, we typically walk a few times a day and one of them on the longer side.

I can crate your dog or let them hang out with coqui. Usually he’s in an enclosed space with me while I’m working. Dogs are allowed on the furniture.

For fun we go to neighborhood or lake Merritt for walks, dog park - either alameda park, Oakland hills trails or beach on the weekends!
