The Purrrfect Cat Petsitter!
I've been a cat owner/cat parent since I was a teenager. I had a diabetic cat for six years who required twice a day insulin injections. I'm the kind of person who goes to a party and hangs out with the cat (if there is one). I volunteered for two years at an animal shelter, socializing cats to make them more adoptable.

Dawn hit it off with our moderately shy kitties almost immediately and it was no surprise when they quickly adopted her as their new cuddle-buddy. Dawn also took great care of our cockatiel and koi fish, and sent lots of updates with photos during her stay. We are so glad to have found her!

Dawn was very communicative and made sure I knew that my cat was eating each day. Even though my cat is a bit skittish and didn’t make an appearance for Dawn, Dawn made sure I knew her food was being filled and her water bowl was flowing. She showed up consistently and on schedule each day.
Thank you Dawn! You took such good care of Mini. We all know that cats are particular but I knew she took to you right away. She welcomed your pets and you were able to get her out to play. Thank you for the pictures every day and ensuring she was getting fed just the way she liked.
Dawn is great! Very communicative and a definite cat person. My two cats immediately approached Dawn when we had our meet-and-greet: a rare but important sign! Over our vacation we got updates on each visit with pictures, and I felt like my cats were in good hands.

Schedule
For overnight visits, please select the "Housesitting" option. This will book me from evening to morning, typically 7 PM to 7 AM the next morning. If you'd like me to also stay during the day in additon to overnight, please select a "drop in" visit for the daytime and I'll stay during daytime hours as well. I don't charge for extra cats. My typical 24/7 rate is $80/day. I make my own hours as a freelance copywriter, telecommute, and am available any time. I'm married and don't have children so I'm available to housesit while my husband takes care of our own precious princess, Ladybug.
