This includes knowing their full veterinary and emergency contact information, any medical conditions, allergies, and current medications. Crucially, I also need to know their established routine (feeding times, walk schedules, potty habits), any behavioral quirks (anxiety triggers, fear of loud noises, leash reactivity), and their preference for play and affection. This allows me to perfectly match my care to their individual needs and maintain a happy, secure environment.
