Hello, my name is Dawn. I have worked with companion animals (mostly dogs & cats) in animal shelters and rescues for the last ten years. This has allowed me to come into contact with all types of animals and various personalities. I am skilled in dog & cat behavior and handling. I also grew-up with several species of animals, ranging from dogs to cats to reptiles to birds. I have a kind disposition that allows animals to feel at ease around me. I believe that kindness, enthusiasm, trust, and empathy go a long way in caring for an animal and I exhibit all of these qualities. I will offer flexibility, responsibility and an active atmosphere when caring for your pet. I will treat your pet as my own. All pets welcome! Also, please know that I do adhere to wearing a mask and social distancing in my professional and personal life. I will take all precautions during the COVID 19 crisis. I welcome any questions that you may have for me concerning the care and safety of your pet.

Dawn was so great with our 3 cats! We had medicines and specific food for each pet (annoying, we know!) and Dawn handled it great. We came home to three well-fed happy kitties
Absolutely wonderful service.
Dawn was great with Zoey! She took her on long walks, to play fetch, and even hung out with our cat as well! She left the house in great condition and I would love to have her back again! I will be requesting her for any next trips.
Dawn did a wonderful job caring for my two pets who both have some special needs (epilepsy and blindness), as well as having to deal with them in relation to some challenging issues related to wildlife on my property. She kept in touch regularly and it was great to receive photos of my pets and know that they were doing fine in my absence. Would definitely use her services again and I surely recommend her.
We used Dawn as an in home sitter for our two very needy labs while we on vacation. She was awesome! She came to meet the dogs before her stay to go over their routines and feeding schedules. She was very loving and patient with them. She was great at keeping in contact with us and letting us know what was going on. We will definitely use her again.
Dawn was awesome with our dog Lucy. She took such great care of her. Will definitely use Dawn again.
