While I may be new to Rover, I’m definitely not new to caring for animals! I’ve looked after pets for family, friends, and neighbors over the years — including walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of cuddles. As well as my own pets, such as cats, dogs, turtles & guinea pigs. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, and I always take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and routine. Whether your pup loves long walks or just wants someone to hang out with, I’m here to give them the love and attention they need while you’re away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member. You can count on me to be punctual, responsible, and communicative — with plenty of updates and photos to keep you in the loop! My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved — just like they would with you.

Davonna is AWESOME! She is communicative, punctual, friendly, and trustworthy. My gang enjoyed their weekend with her and she put my mind at ease. I’ve been using Rover for years and I never feel any less anxious when I have to find a housesitter but I will definitely book Davonna again!

Schedule
I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets the attention they deserve — whether that’s sticking to feeding times, giving medications, a sleepover or just spending time to keep them happy and comfortable. I always make it a priority to follow each pet’s routine closely, so they feel safe and at ease when their owners are away.

When pets stay in my home, I do everything I can to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable — just like part of the family. I provide a clean, calm environment where they can relax, play, and stick to their normal routine. And when I care for pets in your home I treat it with respect, making sure everything stays clean and as I found it. Whether it’s giving medication, tidying up food/water bowls, or spending quality time with your pet, I handle each visit with care and attention. I know how important it is to stay connected while you’re away, so I provide regular updates and photos to give you peace of mind.

A typical day
Depending on their personality and energy level, I’ll tailor the fun to what they enjoy most. For high-energy pups, I’m always up for long walks, games of fetch, or backyard playtime. For more relaxed pets, I’m happy to provide lots of cuddles, gentle play, or just quiet companionship.
