Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and make their care a priority in my schedule. I plan my days to allow plenty of time for walks, feeding, playtime, bathroom breaks, and one-on-one attention so pets never feel rushed or overlooked. I’m flexible with mornings, evenings, and weekends, which allows me to accommodate different routines and energy levels. Whether it’s keeping an active dog engaged, maintaining a puppy’s training schedule, or providing a calm, comfortable environment for a senior pet, I make sure each animal receives consistent care, companionship, and attention throughout their stay.

Information Davon M. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for someone’s pet, I like to learn as much as possible so I can keep them safe, comfortable, and happy. Some of the most important things to know include: * Their daily routine, including feeding schedule, portion sizes, treats, and walk times. * Any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or special care instructions. * Their personality and temperament, including whether they’re shy, energetic, anxious, or reactive around people or other animals. * Favorite toys, games, and activities, as well as anything they dislike or are afraid of. * House rules, such as whether they’re allowed on furniture, sleep in a crate, or have areas of the home they should avoid. * Bathroom habits and any signs that indicate they need to go outside. * Emergency contact information, including the owner’s preferred veterinarian and a local emergency contact. * Any commands, training cues, or behavioral quirks that help them feel comfortable and respond well. Knowing these details ahead of time helps me provide consistent care, reduce stress for the pet, and give owners peace of mind while they’re away.
A typical day
Every day is a little different, which is one of my favorite parts! A typical day starts with feeding, fresh water, and a walk or potty break. After that, I make sure they get plenty of attention, whether that’s playing fetch, tug-of-war, going for longer walks, or just spending quality time together. If they’re more laid-back, I’m happy to cuddle on the couch, give belly rubs, or keep them company while they relax. I also make sure they stay on their normal routine, provide any medications if needed, and send regular photo and video updates so owners can see how much fun their pets are having. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and entertained while their family is away.

Pet care experience
What sets me apart is the personalized, attentive care I give every dog as if they were my own. I take the time to learn each pup’s routine, personality, and comfort needs so they feel safe, relaxed, and loved while you’re away. I’m experienced with puppies who need patience, structure, potty training support, and consistent reinforcement of basic commands, as well as senior dogs who may require slower walks, medication reminders, extra comfort, or mobility support. I’m reliable, communicative, and provide regular updates with photos so you always know your dog is happy and well cared for. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, elderly, or needs extra attention, I focus on creating a calm, trustworthy environment tailored to them.
Reviews

Davin was flexible, friendly, and I could tell the dogs had so much fun. Will definitely be returning.

Davon was amazing. I outreached very impromptu and he was available for a meet and greet with Arya. ( which went well. We reviewed the basics of her care and he made sure to get a full understanding of what is needed to make Aryas stay as comfortable as possible) drop off was nice. He has spacious living accommodations. What stood out is his willingness to work with Arya being that she is a Bully. There are a many false conceptions about this breed. With his family background working with bully’s and pitbull, and his love for animals in general, I had no concerns that Arya was in good care. During her overnight visit, he provided checks up and sent pictures for reassurance. He also introduced Arya to family and friends ( which I love ) being that she is not around other dogs or people, helping her socialize. Picking Arya up was easy. All items returned and she was happy ! I previously boarded her , and when picking her up she was distant, had scratches and limped !!! All in all, 5 stars for Devon. I recommend and will use him again. 🐾💕
I cannot recommend Davon enough as a pet caregiver. He is incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely loves animals of all kinds. Every pet I’ve seen around him (including mine) seems to instantly feel comfortable and safe. Davon is dependable, responsible, and pays close attention to each animal’s individual needs and personality. Whether it’s going on long walks, keeping up with feeding schedules, giving medications, or just spending quality time making pets feel loved and relaxed, he always goes above and beyond. What stands out most is how naturally caring and compassionate Davon is. Animals aren’t just “pets” to him. He treats them like family and that’s priceless. Any owner would be lucky to trust their furry family member in Davon’s care.
I had an amazing first experience leaving my boy with Davon. I was pretty nervous, but Davon made me feel completely at ease with how kind he was to my boy. My dog was happy, well cared for, and I had total peace of mind. I highly recommend Davon.
