I work locally, less than 2miles from home, and often from home leaving me plenty of time to take breaks for play time and toilet break. My wife works locally and is out school hours along with my teenage children.

Information David T. would like to know about your pet
Must be child friendly as we have teenagers. Let me know if they are allowed on the sofa as we do for snuggles. Please let know their recall ability and training commands if used.
A typical day
We have a large open field near by (which is fenced in on 3 sides) this then leads on to a wood land and meadows. A dip in the river is never off the table nor water sprinkler fun in the garden.

Pet care experience
July 26: We are excited to say that our new puppy Poppy will be coming home with us on the 23rd July. Poppy is a Coltriver or a Gollie (Golden Retriver x Board Collie). Once we have settled her in and got some sleep! We will be happy to take ok new clients. Existing clients are more than welcome to book. May26: We are taking a break at the moment due to the loss of our beloved Honey very suddenly. She suffered from a mesenteric torsion which proved fatal. The silent killer. There was no reason or prevention for this and we are devastated with the loss. Feb24: update: Honey 🍯 has arrived with us and is settling in well. Second round of vaccinations due mid March so will be able to have some of our regulars back from April! Photos of Honey in profile. Jan24: We are very excited to say that we get our new puppy in February and will be taking a few months off to settle her in. Will be back to sitting/boarding from September 2024 Aug:23 We lost our chocolate lab of 15yrs and as a family we are saving up to find another pup to bring home. In the mean time we often look after family and friends dogs and coming to Rover seemed an ideal format. We particularly like larger breeds as like me there is more to cuddle. Check out the 100+ photos of the different breeds we have had stay with us. We hold comprehensive dog boarding and services insurance.
Reviews
Ace had a great time on his holiday. He was well loved and looked after. We had loads of photos and videos letting us know what he was getting up to. We would highly recommend.

Bear had a great time with David and his family. I am always a bit nervous about leaving my dog with someone new but felt reassured at the meet and greet. It was so nice for Bear to stay with another dog and cat as well as humans. David is clearly very confident and competent with big dogs like my Bear. David provided daily updates with great pictures and I could see how much fun Bear was having. It really added to the enjoyment of our holiday seeing his adventures 😄

As always Callie was well cared for and we received some lovely photos of her on walks and with the family. Thank you!

Bojo seemed very happy with Dave and Honey & family. Daily picture updates on how he was, and Honey was a great play mate for our boisterous boy!
