I care for my 4 cats currently and am flexible when it comes to caring for others. Feeding, watering, and litter box duties all included.

- 1. Medical & Health Profile Medications & Dosages: Exact schedule, dosage, administration method (e.g., hidden in cheese, oral syringe, topical), and trickiness level. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Sensitivities to specific foods, treats, or ingredients. Veterinary Information: Primary vet clinic address/phone, preferred local emergency vet, and pre-authorization for medical care/payment limits in case of a sudden health issue. Vaccination & Flea Status: Up-to-date rabies, DHPP/FVRCP, and active flea/tick prevention. 2. Behavioral Triggers & Safety Reactivity & Triggers: How they react to other dogs, cats, squirrels, men, children, bicycles, or sudden noises (thunderstorms, fireworks, construction). Resource Guarding & Aggression: Any history of guarding food, bowls, toys, or sleeping spots from humans or other animals. Handling Preferences: Areas of their body they dislike being touched (paws, ears, tail, belly) or anxiety during collar/harness fitting. Escape Risk & Habits: Propensity to door-dash, dig under fences, jump barriers, or slip out of harnesses. 3. Daily Routine & Logistics Feeding & Water: Exact portions, feeding times, bowl locations, and water source preferences (e.g., filtered vs. tap). Potty & Exercise Routine: Potty schedule, preferred walk routes, crate training habits, and acceptable alone time duration. Walking Gear Walkthrough: Demonstration of how their specific leash, harness, gentle leader, or prong collar fits and latches correctly. Sleeping & Comfort: Where the pet sleeps at night, safe comfort items (blankets, shirts, favourite toys), and off-limit rooms or furniture. 4. Special & Exotic Pet Requirements (Reptiles, Birds, Fish) Habitat Environment: Exact temperature ranges, basking spots, night heat sources, and humidity percentage levels. Specialized Feeding: Live vs. frozen feeder rodents, insect dusted diets, or water chemistry guidelines. Lighting & Timers: Day/night light cycles, UV bulb usage, and automated timer locations. 5. Emergency & Home Access Primary & Backup Contacts: Owner's direct cell phone and a local emergency contact (neighbor or family member) authorized to make decisions if the owner is unreachable. Home Access & Alarms: Entry codes, key lockbox locations, garage openers, alarm arm/disarm instructions, and parking instructions.
