Active and Caring Animal Lovers
Having housesat all over the world looking after animals of every size and personality, we have loads of experience caring for others’ pets and giving them the love they need. Walking dogs and playing with cats have been just a few of our responsibilities, and we welcome every opportunity to make a new furry friend. We are experienced in training puppies, caring for elderly cats and dogs, and administering medication. We also make a point to get to know the pet’s human companions so we can better understand the animal’s needs and routines, ensuring we have a great time together!

Thorin has now had 4 stays with Rachel and David, ranging from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. As always he was delighted to see them and came back happy and relaxed, obviously having been well looked after. Pick ups and drop offs were easy. Much appreciated!

Rachel and David took great care of Freki. They were communicative, patient and reliable. They sent pictures and updates. Looks like Freki had lots of fun and seemed to settle in quickly. Highly recommend their services.

Schedule
Our jobs are flexible, so we are available nearly any time to look after your pet. We love spending time with animals and are more than happy to prioritise our days around hanging out with your furry friend.

Safety, trust & environment
Pets get our full attention when we are with them. Walks and hikes with dogs are built into our days as we enjoy the outdoors and love to explore. We can take dogs outside as much as needed and stick to their feeding schedules so they remain in a familiar routine.
A typical day
Wake up with a cuddle and a play, then straight out the door to a park or a trail. Back home for food and water, and out later in the day for another walk. When at home, loads of attention and love are given while sticking to feeding schedules and typical daily routines. An evening meal and outside one more time before bed is pretty standard.

- It’s good to know if the dog we’ll be hanging out with needs any medication or is reactive around certain animals or situations. Any injury or recent surgery is helpful to know about as well. We also have a five-year-old, so your pet must be comfortable around children.
