Dog/Cat Lover in Downtown Troy
My name is David, I am an entrepreneur, (owner of LYF SUPPLY Embroidery) that lives in Downtown Troy and I have a huge love for pets. I don’t own any myself but have great friends who are pet owners who are happy to spread the dog love and for this I am extremely grateful. I currently walk or sit 3 pets on a regular basis and some of my friends dogs. I take them to dog parks and spend time with them during the day and on some occasions, I do overnights. I am looking to expand and make this more of a regular thing as it can be therapeutic. I work from home so I have an open schedule and can discuss further times/needs of owners. ***Downtown Troy ONLY***** for now. This also serves as practice as I plan to be a dog owner at some point in the future. As of late I have grown extremely fond of cats so I would love assisting you with your cat also.

David was very punctual, made sure to check in on every walk and sent 4-5 photos every time. My dog felt very comfortable around him and seemed very content. Will definitely book with him again.

Book him now! He’s the best with my two kitties Luna and Stella. Takes amazing photos (seriously better than some of my own!). I can tell they are super happy with him! I come back and they are relaxed and content.
David was wonderful with my two ladies. He was consistent and responds quickly. He kept me updated on how they were each day when I asked. He also tackled the aftermath of a snow storm to come see my babies. He will definitely be my go to sitter for the future.
Fed and cleaned the litter for our cat while we were away for Christmas. Even got him to come out and play, despite how much of a scaredy-cat he usually is! Really thankful he was around for the holidays and would definitely recommend him for anyone with a cat (even a scaredy one) :)

Schedule
I work from home and have a pretty hectic schedule but with enough advance notice I can accommodate you. Especially if it’s within the city of Troy. I currently walk two friends dogs daily and do cat sitting twice a week for another.

I follow all required instructions provided by the pet owner. If there aren’t any provided, I use common sense to make sure that animals are safe, cared for and reaping all benefits from any service provided.
A typical day
Typically I’ll go to places that my friend recommend and explore new places when given additional time to do so. As far as activities, once again I will prioritize owners recommendations first. If given the option to find things to do, I like to be as active as possible with some socializing at local dog parks. Nature is also one of my favorite things to explore (I.e. walking paths, bike paths). I like to share downtime as well.
