I am a retired teacher. I have my dog to take care of and the rest of my day is flexible. My wife is a teacher so I would like to keep similar hours 6 am to 5 pm.

It's important for me to know how a dog reacts to other dogs. It's also important for me to know the command words you use and the reward system your dog understands. I need to know how far your dog can walk and how you leash or harness your dog. Dogs thrive on consistency so I need to know what the dog's routines and training methods are.
A typical day
I love playing ball with my dog. We love long walks in the woods at Weiss Park in Avon Lake. We can play find the toy. I love being outdoors in any weather and it's so much better with a dog.

I have owned, cared for and loved three dogs over the last 20+ years. I currently have a springer spaniel. My one dog lived with diabetes for two years when she was a senior. My springer has lots of dog friends and we travel with her. I walk 25,000 steps a day and would enjoy taking your dog with me. I am a true Ohioan and don't let the weather keep me from being outside. I have dog friends in my neighborhood because I genuinely love dogs.
