I reached out to David reasonably last minute to take care of my dog, Bear. She is a big lovable girl but can be quite anxious when away from the family and in new environments. Bear thoroughly enjoyed her stay and had plenty of walks to keep her active and entertained. David's dog, Shelby, is very friendly and met with Bear as if they had known each other for years. David gave updates and eased my mind while I was travelling for work and will confidently contact him again when I need Bear to stay somewhere.

We have a fairly senior large breed and David was amazing, he took the time to find out what was needed to look after our Cook and nothing was too much trouble for him. He is on a special fresh cooked meal twice a day and a whole spectrum of various medications but it was all dealt with while he stayed. We were given regular videos and photos throughout his stay and when he came home he had a new spring in his step. Cook says thank you and he cant wait to come back and stay with you and Shelby in that amazing garden of yours.... Speak soon Tony.

Have been leaving our dog with David for many years, he always comes back exhausted and David has always been flexible with times and our needs. Couldn’t recommend enough, go see the setup and you will be so happy with what he can offer. Even has full AC, our boy is so spoilt!

Finding someone who can keep up with our black Labrador isn’t always easy! Pepper seems to have an endless supply of energy and needs plenty to keep her occupied, otherwise she’ll find her own entertainment. The large secure garden is perfect for her, with loads of room to run around, explore and play. She also gets plenty of attention throughout the day, which is exactly what she needs. The most important thing for us is seeing how happy Pepper is when she stays. She is always well looked after and clearly feels completely at home. We can go away without worrying about her, knowing she is safe, settled and probably having just as much fun as we are. We would definitely recommend David to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their dog.

Buddy had a difficult start in life and is extremely shy, so we are very careful about where he stays and who we trust to look after him. New people and unfamiliar surroundings can be overwhelming for him, but David understood straight away that Buddy needed patience and time. He has never rushed him or forced him to interact, instead allowing Buddy to approach in his own time and giving him space whenever he needs it. With each stay, Buddy has become more relaxed and confident, and he now genuinely loves being there. Seeing a normally nervous dog feel so safe and comfortable honestly means a lot to us. Knowing that David understands Buddy’s personality and treats him with such kindness gives us complete peace of mind whenever we leave him.

Munki has stayed here a few times and is always well looked after. She can be very scatty and full of energy, but they are great with her and understand what she is like. She gets lots of attention and plenty of time to play in the garden. We are always happy leaving her with them.
