I am an Electrician by trade that loves to get outside and be active. If I'm available on Rover it means work is slow and I have extra time for caring for your dog! I grew up around cats but I've been living and working around dogs for 15 years now! I've volunteered as a dog walker at Everett Animal Shelter in the past and have been through dog training classes for my dogs.

David has a great, calming energy around dogs. My little one was happy to spend time there and hang out with his dog. David is responsive and communicative. I would recommend David’s services to anyone!
I've witnessed David's loving relationship with he and his wife's dog Kenji since they moved in across the street several years ago. Kenji was a rescue who was mistreated, which clearly had given him trust issues. Over the years, though, Kenji has become a happy, neighborly dog thanks to David and his wife's dedication to giving Kenji a loving home. My family has two 3-year-old Lab mixes ourselves, and David has always been friendly and helpful with them. He has even taken them on long jogs - much needed exercise for big young dogs! I am confident David would treat anyone's dog with kindness, and would always be responsible for that dog's well-being. Your dog is in good hands with David.
David is amazing with dogs! I used to travel abroad (before COVID) for work every quarter for 1-3 weeks, and always leave my 4 year old Yorkie boy Deedee with David when I'm away. David always take good care of Deedee and would send me pics and videos to keep me posted. Deedee usually has separation anxiety when he is away from me, but David managed to be such a wonderful dog caregiver and always made sure Deedee is having a great time!

Schedule
I have full time availability to give your dog the care it deserves! I have extra support with pup care from my lovely spouse and trusted neighbors/family when necessary.

Our home is spacious and we have a large fenced in backyard for your pup to play in when the weather is nice. Crista Ministries is nearby and is great for walks!

A typical day
We can play with toys in the house or practice commands for treats (with your approval). Walks on the nearby Crista Ministries property. Monitored socialization with friendly, vaccinated neighbor's dogs in our safe, closed cul-de-sac.

- Please let me know if your pet has any triggers or things that scare them. Any bad behaviors to watch out for, chewing etc. I am generally OK with all breeds of dogs. Must provide proof of rabies vaccination (+ bordetella and distemper for boarding), local emergency contact, as well as a veterinary release in case of emergency.
