We know how stressful it can be to leave your dog while traveling, so our goal is to give them a safe, comfortable home away from home. Dogs staying with us are treated like part of the family, with plenty of attention, playtime and downtime based on their normal routine and personality. We have years of experience caring for dogs with different personalities, activity levels and needs, including administering medications. We also understand that not every dog wants to socialize all the time, and our home and yard allow us to give dogs their own space when needed. We provide regular updates and photos so you can relax and enjoy your trip knowing your dog is safe, comfortable and well cared for.

Wow. I am a new Rover user, and had hesitations. I have 2 young active dogs, and dropping them off for 30 days was daunting to say the least. David made the process easy. I was reassured they would be taken good care of, he makes homemade dog treats, kept them active with photos and videos of them having so much fun. They came back healthy, happy and groomed. I highly recommend David for long or short term stays. Great job.
David was very kind with Trigger and when we picked Trigger up we could tell he was very well taken care of. We travel a lot and are thankful for people like David. We would definitely recommend David to anyone needing their boarded. Would give 10 stars if we could!!!
David and his lovely wife provided exceptional care for our Mr.Lucky. The communication was great, plus they sent us daily updates with bunch of great photos of playtime, walks and hikes. Lucky loved the huge fenced in backyard they have, and all the shade from those beautiful big trees he can chill under. They had so many toys for him to play with. Also, David was incredibly flexible and understanding when we had trouble with our flights back, and didn’t make it in time to pick him up. He provided the same wonderful care for Lucky one extra day, which was such a lifesaver. We are truly grateful and so appreciative, and I know we’ll reach out to David for help with Lucky many more times. Dogs are family, and finding this kind of loving and responsible people is so important. Thank you soooooo much!!! 🙏💗
This was such a great first experience. David kept us posted throughout our dogs stay. He went above and beyond taking her out for walks. We appreciate him and his patience with our very energetic pup!
David was awesome! He is super responsive and was so accommodating to the time changes I needed and kept our pup so active, sent lots of pics and made her yummy treats. Would definitely recommend.
David is amazing! This is the first time we went away on vacation and didn’t worry about our dogs. David walked them, played with them and loved on them the whole time. They were fresh off a walk when we picked them up. I think both dogs were actually smiling ?. We are so grateful for David and his wife for such great care our furry children received while we were on vacation ?

Schedule
Our schedules allow us to spend plenty of time at home with our guest dogs, and we only open our Rover calendar when we’re available to provide the care and attention they deserve. We have a large, fully fenced yard divided into three separate areas, giving dogs plenty of room to play while also allowing us to safely separate dogs when needed. Two separate access doors also allow for complete separation. We have neighborhood trails for regular walks and enjoy getting active dogs outside for walks and hikes. At home, there’s plenty of room for playtime, toys and relaxation.

Safety, trust & environment
Before your dog’s stay, we’d love to know about their normal routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, activity level, sleeping preferences and any behavioral quirks we should be aware of. Please also let us know how they interact with other dogs and whether they have any resource guarding, separation anxiety, escape tendencies or other special needs. Our goal is to keep their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible.

A typical day
We tailor each stay to the individual dog. Active pups can enjoy our large fenced yard, neighborhood walks and plenty of playtime, while dogs who prefer a quieter stay have space to relax. We have a variety of toys and enrichment activities and are happy to reinforce training and routines you’re already working on. We can administer medications and accommodate many special-care needs. Most importantly, we want your dog to feel like they’re staying with family rather than at a kennel. We’ll send regular photos and updates so you can enjoy your time away without worrying about what’s happening back home.
