Team Fur-Children / Fur-Folk
I have been looking after all sorts of Pets for as long as I can remember and my better half grew up with all sorts of animals on her families plot of land back home. Historically I have volunteered for pet shelters and signing up to any cause where I can offer my time and my love for the fur-folk. Growing up in S.A where I have been close to Nature and Animals my entire life and Elena as mentioned has been surrounded by Pets and Farm animals back in Slovakia. I have developed the patience and empathy required to care for both the Pups, the General folk and the Oldies.... Elena is just naturally an animal person :)

Trevor really enjoyed his holiday with David. Communication excellent and sent us some really lovely photos of our Trevor while we were away. Would absolutely recommend.
David and Elenor looked after our two bulldogs and our home for a fortnight. I could not recommend them enough; they were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I received regular photographs and little cute updates, putting my mind at rest and letting me enjoy my holiday knowing my pooches were in the best hands. Thanks again, guys. I can't wait to book them again.
We are so happy our dog Louie got to stay with David and his partner. They really cared for him, giving him lots of cuddles and attention (obligatory for a Dachshund!). David provided lots of updates and photos which really put us at ease. We won't hesitate to book with David in the future and would recommend him in a flash.
Such an amazing dog carer! My mini schnauzer felt instantly at home and was VERY well cared for. This was our second visit and she was excited to be at the front door when we returned! I was kept up to date with pics and commentary - couldn’t have asked for anything more!
We are so glad Paolo enjoyed he’s holiday with David. Our boy is very anxious and takes a while to settle in but we naturally felt at ease after the meet & greet. Paolo has found a new uncle and I’m sure will enjoy he’s next stay even more. Thank you for looking after our boy. Highly recommend
David stayed at my house & looked after my senior dog. I was extremely anxious about leaving him for a week. David arranged to visit my dog 3 times before I went away. Despite being a senior, my dog is still very excitable & can be a “bit much” when he meets new people. However this did not phase David who took it all in his stride. I received regular updates & adorable photos while i was away which put my mind at rest. There was a few days of extreme heat while I was away but David made sure my dog was kept cool & out of the heat. My dog clearly felt happy & relaxed with David & the photo of my dog cuddled up with David proved that. My house was clean & tidy when I returned. I would recommend David to look after your dogs & would certainly book with David again.

Schedule
I work 10min from my House and have flexible working schedules I.e. WFH when necessary. So I can cater my hours for petcare with relevant notice.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a medium sized garden which is clutter free and has some natural lawn which is well maintained as well. The garden has 6ft fencing all around and my house is End of Terrace in a fairly secluded neighbourhood. So very safe and very private. My house has carpeted floors which is good for napping.
A typical day
Typically the day would start with a walk or some form of exercise depending on the pet's character :) During the day we would obviously lounge around the house or explore the garden and finish off the day with a walk in the countryside/ forrest that surrounds the house. Sometimes we may take a daytrip to the seaside for a walk on the beach.
