I am a longtime SF resident (over 25 years) and life-long animal lover (especially dogs). I am semi-retired and truly enjoy taking care of other people’s pets and showing them the kindness and attention they are in extra need of when away from their owners. I have my own 7-year old Australian terrier who is well-trained and exceptionally friendly. I have always loved walking and take my Gracie on long walks and to local area parks everyday (including Dolores Park, which is directly across the street from my home; as well nearby Duboce, Alamo Square Park and others). I’d be delighted to have your small to medium-sized dog join us as one off occasion or on a regular basis. In addition, I also board dogs for overnights and longer stays. While advance notice of a week to several days is preferred, I know unexpected situations can arise and do my best to be available on short notice. I have a car now so I can do pickups and drop offs. I am fully vaccinated as well Below are photos of my dog Gracie and me as well as previous clients. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I’m more than happy to provide references upon request. I’m currently retired so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby, be it doggy day-care or dog boarding. I enjoy taking dogs out for long walks. I provide all dogs with a safe environment. My backyard is fenced in and I can also allow dogs to eat in different areas if necessary. Dogs will be walked every 2 hours.

David took such a great care of my little dog Beep. My dog is anxious and he made her feel comfortable and sent lots of pictures to show that she was chilling and enjoying herself. He took her to the park. Beep had a great time. Thank you! Would rebook
David was so sweet with Gladys and also encouraged her to try new things, like walking down the stairs! She will definitely be visiting with him again, soon!!!

David took care of my sweet baby Lola overnight and treated her like the queen she is. David is trustworthy, caring, and flexible. He made adjustments when I was running late. David is a friendly staple of the Mission-Dolores neighborhood and a dependable dog sitter when you need one! Highly recommended to take care of your pup. I see him all the time at Dolores park taking care of his pack! Thanks for everything, David. Lola misses you!
