I grew up with animals all my life. Pets that I have had over the years: dogs, cats, a squirrel, a raccoon, snakes, and even a skunk. Currently I just have cats. I worked for the local SPCA in 1974 as their night ambulance driver. I also worked in-house at the SPCA, feeding, caring, and cleaning the living quarters. After a career of working with people, I'm now retired and excited to work with animals again. I've been told that I have a natural knack with animals. I believe that all animals have their own personality and should be treated as such. I have two acres of land to walk your pet and use a dog run to give them a little freedom to run around. Your dog will be kept indoors at night and when it is raining. I would like you to bring their own bedding, food, snacks and a favorite toy. Thank you. Having a meet & greet does not reserve a Sitting for the dates that you may have requested. You must book the sitting before some else books those dates before you. So, please don't wait to long after the meet & greet before you book. Thank You NOTICE: You sitting will not be booked, until we have a meet & greet. Meet & greets will not be accepted at the last minute. Please plan ahead. Thank You. I work from home, so I'm always here. The only time you dog will be alone, is when I'm out doing errands, or taking my daily walk. You dog will never be off their leash when outdoors. I have a dog run to keep them moving around and not stagnant in one spot. I will be walking your pet a few times a day around the yard. I will never take your pet for a walk on the roadways.
