Pets keep me in my happy place.
I've shared my life with my own pets for 27 years, initially with my beloved Dalmatian Spot, from house-training as a puppy through year 14, with his mobility challenges that required love, patience and compassion. Spot shared the house with our first stray kitten, who unfortunately passed early last year, before we rescued another last summer. I empathize with caring for dogs and cats needing care and company, as of course, companionship and playtime are important too, whether lap time, going out in the yard, or taking for walks. I've cared for dogs and cats for friends and family, both at my home or theirs, including administering medications with feedings and maintaining litter boxes/pee-pads.

I'm familiar with using alarm systems to keep you pet and home secure, and will gladly accommodate special needs to keep you dog or cat comfortable.

David did an excellent job taking care of our cat. He communicated several times a day, and sent photos. He was very reliable and respectful of our home. He’s a real gem in the pet-sitting world!
David was very thorough in his preparation before the scheduled sitting. He was also very helpful and patient helping to make sure I got everything set up correctly. He provided daily updates and many pics. Martha is still perfecting potty training and is pretty rambunctious but David seemed to handle that well Thanks to David for Helping us out

Now that I am semi-retired, I have a flexible schedule throughout the week, morning, afternoon and night, weekdays or weekends, to benefit pet parents' needs.
