This gives me total freedom to prioritize your dog’s day—whether they need structured work-desk companionship, peaceful sniffs around the studio grounds, or regular strolls through the nearby Wiltshire countryside. 📍 Two Convenient Drop-Off Options To make your morning commute effortless, I offer two drop-off and pick-up choices: Option A (Melksham Home): Drop off at my home in Melksham. Your pup travels with me (a short, safe 10-minute drive) to Glove Factory Studios for their day out, and you pick them up in Melksham in the evening. Option B (Glove Factory Studios, Holt): Perfect for Holt residents or local commuters—drop off and pick up directly at the studio workspace! 🌳 The Studio Setting & Great Outdoors What makes my daycare setup so special is combining a quiet, professional workspace with immediate access to nature: Field & Woodland Walks: Located right next to Glove Factory Studios are beautiful countryside paths, fields, and courtyards—perfect for fresh-air breaks away from busy traffic. Workplace Comfort: Your dog will have a dedicated, calm cozy spot right next to my desk in my workspace, complete with plenty of 1-on-1 attention, indoor chill time, and frequent outdoor potty and sniff breaks. Safety First: Dogs are kept securely on a lead during outdoor walks around the grounds and supervised at all times throughout the day. 🐕🦺 My Experience & Specialized Care For four years, my life revolved around my beloved dog, Loki. Though he is sadly no longer with us, the lessons he taught me about companionship, routine, and patience remain at the heart of the care I offer. To ensure a safe, calm, and harmonious environment within the studio space, I specialize in caring for small to medium-sized breeds (typically up to 15kg). I especially love hosting: 🐶 Friendly Companion & Lap Breeds: Spaniels (Cockers, Cavaliers), Poodles, Doodles, Pugs, Shih Tzus, Bichon Frises, and Maltese. 🐶 Quiet Workspace & Low-Shedding Breeds: Miniature Schnauzers, Whippets, and Miniature Dachshunds. 🐶 Small Terriers & Scrappy Pups: Jack Russells, Border Terriers, Westies, and Yorkies. This was the first time I had booked David and it worked out fantastically ! David was able to help at short notice and was nice and local to me. When we arrived Rosie was keen to get through the door before it was even opened! Once in she was instantly settled , it was like she was at home . David was very friendly and reassuring and Rosie was spoilt rotten. Lovely walks and treats . Apparently Rosie stayed by David’s side all day. I would definitely recommend David and would send Rosie to him again .

You have a perfect set up for our four legged friends, entertained throughout the day with the wooded walk & fenced in garden. Jess had a great time, thank you it was an ideal stop over for her during our day out to Castle Combe. We wouldn’t hesitate to use you again.
I’ve known David for several years and have watched him care for his previous own schnauzer with genuine love and dedication. Because I run my own business, my schedule is built entirely around your dog. I’m not tied to a rigid '9-to-5' screen, so I can easily pause my work whenever your dog needs a potty break, a play session, or a cuddle. A typical day looks like this: ✅ Morning (Arrival & Travel): Drop-off at my home in Melksham (or directly at Glove Factory Studios). After a brief stretch, Melksham pups join me for the quick 10-minute drive to Holt, followed by a gentle 'sniff-about' around the studio grounds to settle in. ✅ Late Morning (The Countryside Walk): We head out for a dedicated 30-minute adventure along the surrounding fields and countryside paths right outside the studio—perfect for exploring away from heavy traffic. ✅ Midday (Chill Time): After our walk, your dog can snooze comfortably right next to my desk in my quiet studio area while I work. They are never left alone. ✅ Afternoon (Fresh Air): We take regular short sniff breaks around the studio grounds and enjoy another countryside wander before pick-up. ✅ Flexible Gaps: If your dog has a specific feeding or medication routine, I easily slot that in around my flexible working hours.

They aren't just checked on periodically; they are an active, well-cared-for companion in my workspace. ✅ Peaceful Countryside Settings: We take advantage of the quiet, scenic paths surrounding Glove Factory Studios. It provides a controlled, relaxing environment away from busy roads where I can focus entirely on your dog’s well-being. ✅ On-Lead Safety: For peace of mind and maximum security in shared studio areas and public walking paths, your dog will remain safely on a lead (I use a long 10m lead) and fully supervised at all times outdoors. Safe pet-harness seatbelts are used for the short travel between Melksham and Holt. ✅ Clean & Low-Dander Space: I keep my workspace exceptionally clean, calm, and comfortable so your pup has a fresh, relaxing place to snooze between walks. ✅ Meet & Greets: I always insist on a Meet & Greet prior to the first booking (at my home or at the studio). I want to make sure you and your dog feel 100% comfortable with me and the environment!
