I have over 5 years of military experience handling German Shepards, Labs and my favorite Belgian Malinois. From tracking, scouting and obedience training, to cleaning there runs, bathing them and administering oral medicine. Keeping the canines squeaky clean and mentally and physically stimulated ensuring a well balanced development in their growth as a United States Military K9. Well versed with dogs that suffer from anxiousness, separation anxiety & stress having the know how to soothe their mental state to ensure a comfortable and relaxing encounter! Also regularly watch a clients furry friend named, “Coco” she such a sweetheart. I take her for walks, all night cuddles are a must and make sure her medication is taken in a timely manner. I have a gorgeous white Shepard I work with from obedience training, leash training and anxiety management. I love taking him running and throwing the ball around at the baseball field. Let’s not forget my baby, her name is Lexie and she’s 15 years old. I work with her constantly everyday maintaining all I taught her which consists of “shake paw, high five, sit, down, stay and asking to go outside by scratching or barking at the door to prevent having accidents in the home. I take her on long luxurious walks with and without a leash to give her some monitored freedom roaming around sniffing all that she desires.

My dog is a close proximity dog, so I have 2 beds in the home. One in the living room and the other one near my desk for when I’m doing work. I care for a dog that has a perimeter collar to prevent from leaving the premises since she has a doggy door, so I always ensure that’s it on properly and comfortably. Do not need her leaving and getting in unnecessary and unsafe activities. I also like the environment being entertaining for the furry friend so I like taking long walks, throwing a ball or frisbee around and training so they can have fun while learning a new skill. Let’s not forget the treats a pets best friend besides there toys, I like taking dogs on field trips to the park, Petco/ Petsmart to pick out treats and a soothing relaxing walk around LSU lake. I also send pictures keeping clients up to date throughout the interactions to display that your pets needs are being met and to also show that they are having a “WHOOF” of a good time. Well, can’t leave out the fluffy cats, my favorite thing is to hear a cats purr and meow! Such an amusing sound to hear, never ceases to make me chuckle. I love cuddling with the cats when they warm up to me and watching them run after things in “attack mode.” Entertaining them as much as possible is my goal to ensure they get the best out of my services. Comfort, and safety is my number one priority.

David is a very reliable and caring sitter! He jumped in last minute to take care of Charlie over Christmas when we had another sitter cancel. He is very reliable and communicative and we could not appreciate him more! He does so well with our dog and we highly recommend you work with David! He administers Charlie’s pill daily, takes him on long walks, and spends tons of time with him so he is not lonely. We cannot recommend David enough!
OMG David was absolutely the best! I left my lil big doggy in the hands of David, while out of town and was overjoyed that I could relax knowing that he was getting great care! My big boy was still in high spirits when I returned, as if I never left! David was super accomadating and very polite. Not to mention the wealth of knowledge that David possessed about dogs and their mannerisms was superrr comforting! Thank you so much again David!

Our discriminating gp ended up loving David to the point that I wonder if he would prefer to go home with him! Our blind Catahoula was her happy self with him. Also, my mom’s cat preferred David over my husband, lol. The house was immaculate when my husband got home and David communicated everyday. Due to his amazing services, we recommended him to my mom and friend, and they both hired him. We will definitely call him when we are out of town again.
David dropped in on our cat when we had to head out on short notice. As usual, our cat loved him, and we had no concerns while traveling! David provides us with peace of mind!!
David stayed with our pets (cat and dog) for 3 weeks while we were overseas. Now, we’ve used David before (and had NO complaints), but let’s face it, 3 weeks is a long time and Australia is a long way away. David was fantastic. We received daily photos/updates and had zero concerns while away. We left lots of detailed info and ‘what if’ plans, and David’s only feedback was ‘I love lists’. He is always open to requests and specifics without complaint. We had a wonderful trip without the stress of wondering how our babies were faring. Highly recommend David for short and long-term sits.
