“Pet care is a core part of my daily routine. I’m home full-time, so my schedule is centered around my dog, Sprocket—we go for runs, bike rides, do agility training daily, play with flirt pole, fetch, swimming at the beach, and structured training sessions to playtime, feeding, and quiet bonding time. I’m already in the rhythm of providing consistent care throughout the day, which makes it easy for me to welcome other pets into my routine and give them the same attention and structure they’re used to.” Check out my boys instagram to see training we have done at myboysprocket7

Safety, trust & environment
“Safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, I create a calm, pet-friendly environment with secure spaces, no hazards, and plenty of time for supervised play, walks, and rest. I follow any specific routines, dietary needs, or training methods shared by pet parents to keep things familiar and stress-free. Whether in my home or yours, I treat each pet with the same care and respect I give my own dog—earning their trust through patience, positive reinforcement, and gentle handling.”

Information David A. would like to know about your pet
I'm happy to accommodate dogs with special needs, routines, or quirks. Just let me know what helps your dog feel safe and comfortable—I’ll follow your instructions closely. My preference is for breeds that are friendly, social, and well-mannered. I welcome all breeds, especially those that get along well with other dogs.
A typical day
Each morning starts with agility training, fetch and flirt pole- later we go for a jog, followed by an active park session where we run, play fetch, tug-of-war, and engage with the flirt pole to keep both body and mind stimulated. I hand-feed throughout the day to strengthen our bond and reinforce training, using positive reinforcement methods during structured sessions. I’m always attentive to hydration, bringing fresh water and offering it regularly —never waiting for my dog to show signs of thirst.

Pet care experience
“I've grown up with cats and a dog. now care for my own dog, Sprocket and 4 cats. Sprocket I've personally trained with daily hands-on work and support from K9 Academy classes. I'm home full-time, so I’m used to giving pets the time, patience, and structure they need. I understand animal behavior, basic emergency response, CPR and first aid, and Heimlich for dogs, and I create a safe, calm environment whether your pet loves play, cuddles, or quiet companionship.” Check my boys instagram to see training I've done at Myboysprocket7
