Davianna started off communicating with me well, she adjusted and updated the rate when I needed to add an additional day resulting in a higher fee. The site states 3 day cancellation fee and when I contact Davianna 3 days prior days prior to the booking to cancel, she proceeded to communicate to me “Hey sorry this was not her phone” and when trying to clarify with her that this was the same number she had just messaged me from for all of our communication, she said “ Ok this isn't her phone tho sorry idk wat else to say” - She refused to acknowledge that she was “herself” and to work with me to provide my full refund she had already taken full payment for a service that she had not provided 15 days prior to the scheduled booking. And now her acting like she wasn’t the person on the account seems fraudulent. I would not recommend that she even be allowed to provide services to anyone on here. I was really looking forward to using her continually as I am a travel agent and this ruined her opportunity for further business but I’m glad I learned sooner than later based on her antics!
