When caring for pets in my home, I create a safe, welcoming, and pet-friendly environment. I keep routines consistent with what they’re used to—whether that means scheduled feedings, daily walks, playtime, or quiet time. I make sure they have clean bedding, fresh water, and plenty of affection. I also pet-proof the space and provide enrichment activities to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow instructions closely to maintain the pet’s usual routine. I provide updates with photos or messages so pet parents feel connected and reassured. I take time to get to know each pet’s personality and preferences—some love play and interaction, while others just want calm companionship. I also keep an eye out for any changes in behavior, appetite, or health and communicate promptly.

Whether I’m caring for my own pets or helping clients, I structure my day to ensure animals get the attention, exercise, and affection they need. I build my schedule around feeding times, walks, play sessions, and any special care requirements like medication or training. Since I prioritize pet sitting and care in my life, I’m able to give animals consistent, reliable support—whether that means early morning walks, midday visits, or overnight stays. I genuinely enjoy being active and outdoors, and spending time with animals adds a positive rhythm to my week.
